Helpful and courteous staff. Comfortable tatami with room heating. Unexpected yukata bonus. Centrally located and convenient. Great value with excellent buffet. Indoor and outdoor hot springs
There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the excellent value for money offered with the inclusion of exceptional buffet dinner and breakfast. The staff was polite, and the indoor and outdoor hot springs bath added a unique and exceptional Japanese ryokan experience to my stay. Besides, the key location in a central and convenient spot made my holiday even more pleasant.
The outdated look of the room was a turn-off, even though it was clean and comfortable. Moreover, the shared toilets available were quite sparse.

I had a great stay at this hotel with courteous and helpful staff. The location was central with easy walking distance to the train station. The room was comfortable with the all-time room heating available. The buffet dinner and breakfast included in the price offered great value for money.
Nothing.

Despite the well-priced accommodation, I liked the fact that the hot spring pools were readily available for use. Being able to relax in an outdoor and indoor setting was a great perk. the location of the hotel was ideal, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Lastly, the rooms were clean and tidy, with sufficient space to relax for a couple of days.
It appeared they didn't care about guest satisfaction or comfort. The language barrier added to the frustration because they couldn't understand us, and we couldn't understand them.

We had an amazing family trip to this Japanese ryokan, which provided us with an authentic experience. The location was very convenient, close to a train station and various restaurants. The tatami rooms were spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff was courteous, and the traditional meals were exquisite, although some staff members struggled with English. Despite the high price, we loved the indoor and outdoor hot springs and Japanese gardens. One downside was the lack of breakfast included in the cost.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
